Maths

Statistics: In groups we had to develop a statistical investigation.  We had to generate a question and four different options related to our question.  We then had to ask our classmates what they prefer.  Last of all we had to turn our information that we had collected into a bar graph.

We had lots and lots of sticks!  How many are there? We made a guess and then we worked together to make the sticks into bundles of 10... then bundles of 100 ... then a bundle of 1000

How many tens are there in 75?
How many tens are there in 175?
How many tens are there in 1175?
How many hundreds are there in 1175?
